14-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied. You may return any watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn and in its original condition.

Condition Requirements

Returned watches must include all original packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories. Watches showing signs of wear, sizing, or damage may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@watchdealhub.com with your order number. We will provide a fully-insured return shipping label and instructions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned watch.
